What is an Auto-Replenishment Order?

Simplify your life and never run out of your supplements with our automatic replenishment program. This program allows you to set up a re-order to be shipped automatically as often as you choose. You can set this item while you are shopping by selecting the “Auto-Reorder Tab” on the item details page and set the frequency in which you would like to receive them. To cancel or change your auto-reorders, contact customer support 

When will my order ship?

We will ship your order as quickly as possible in the order in which it was received. Most orders ship within 48 hours (2 business days) Monday-Friday (we are closed on weekends and holidays). If your order is being shipped by FEDEX the order may be processed for shipping on the weekend but will not progress in transit to you. FEDEX delivery time is M-Sat.

How do I cancel my order?

To cancel an order you must notify us immediately (via phone if possible). Once an order has entered the processing state or shipped, we cannot cancel an order and you may return any unopened products to us.

How can I track my order? When will my items arrive?
Please allow for 2-8 business days for arrival depending on location. Once your order is shipped, you can track it  by using the “track your order” link on the top of our site, or by entering your tracking number at:,, or Please note that although the USPS calls their number a tracking number, it functions more as a delivery confirmation number and does not track your package every step of the way.  It usually is updated at major sorting hubs and when it reaches your local post office.
